Greek Olive Oil Recipes - Tzatziki dip
1 cup of Greek yogurt
Greek extra virgin olive oil
1-2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt & pepper
Some finely chopped dill
Half cup of grated cucumber
You press the cucumber pieces, until they are completely dehydrated. You place them into the bowl with the yogurt, and add the olive oil. You whisk the mixture really well & add the salt & pepper. Add the garlic, the vinegar and the dill and mix the tzatziki dip once again.
